ACG Mental Performance x East Penn Rush

East Penn Rush Announces Groundbreaking Partnership with ACG Mental Performance

East Penn is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with ACG Mental Performance, bringing elite sports mental performance coaching to all players at no extra cost.

This innovative collaboration makes East Penn the first club in the region to offer a comprehensive, club-wide mental performance program, providing athletes from U10 to U19 with the same level of mindset training trusted by collegiate and professional players across the country.

ACG Mental Performance, founded by a multi-sport college athlete and entrepreneur, specializes in empowering athletes to perform at their highest potential by building Attitude, Confidence, and Grit. With a team of certified coaches, each with advanced degrees, extensive athletic backgrounds, and years of mental performance coaching experience, ACG delivers practical tools that help players improve focus, manage performance anxiety, develop leadership skills, and thrive under pressure.

What the Program Includes:

  • Monthly Live Group Sessions: Separate sessions for U10–U12 and U13–U19 athletes, held the second week of each month.
  • Mental Performance Assessments: Individualized insights to help each athlete grow.
  • Expert-Led Topics: Confidence & self-talk, performance anxiety, visualization, mental toughness, leadership, performing under pressure, and more.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Reduced rates for one-on-one coaching and special team sessions.

“This partnership will give our players a competitive edge not just on the field, but in life,” said East Penn leadership. “We are committed to developing complete athletes, physically, technically, tactically, and now mentally, at no extra cost to our families.”

The program officially kicks off in September and will run throughout the year, with sessions available at 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM to accommodate busy schedules.

With this initiative, East Penn continues to set the standard for player development in the region, ensuring every athlete has access to the mental skills training needed to perform at their best, every game, every season.
